What did I write about this week?
I had a great guest post from Glenn on life insurance, and Mr. CBB posted my guest post on how to help your wedding party save costs.
As for my favourite posts around the blogosphere this week:
- The Advantages of Root Cellaring by Prairie Eco-Thrifter. My parent have a root cellar – they’re fantastic. The closest I have is a shelf in my storage room in the basement.
- How Breaking Up Is The Best Kick In The Ass Money Can Buy by Modest Money. One of my favourite things about MM is he’s just so honest and out there. He doesn’t sugar coat things.
- Trick Yourself Into Saving Money by Add Vodka
- How I Made $200 Playing a Video Game by Canadian Finance Blog. I play video games, but alas, not the ones you can earn some extra cash in.
- Understanding Mortgage Insurances by Canadian Budget Binder. A must read, if you are getting a mortgage at all, or considering one in the near future.
- Bye Bye Penny, Now What Do I Do With All of Them by Mo Money Mo Houses. Love the ideas on what to do in this- particularly the horse!
